Respondent to provide all labor, materials & equipment necessary for the proper configuration and installation of fully integrated audio-visual for the various room(s) at the FSU Union. FSU is currently constructing a new Student Union, the new facility will include audiovisual enabled learning, public and retail spaces. Spaces in the building include a divisible ballroom, a performance space, bar and grill, lounge with a video wall, background music and meeting places, all of which audiovisual technologies. FSU is seeking a turn-key job to be provided buy one vendor to supply labor, installation material, control systems programming, audio DSP programming, testing, training, and follow-up support for the audiovisual system as described in the Specifications. This proposal has been divided into as base proposals and sight (8) Add/Alternates. The University may select to multi-award this solicitation if it is in the best interest of the University.
