The Department of Parks & Parkways is in need of a qualified vendor to clean the air ducts in its Annex Office building. Interested parties should possess any necessary certifications/licensure to perform the work, and the winner of this ITQ will be required to provide Parkways a copy of said certifications/licensure before the commencement of work. Attached are plans detailing the layout of the building's ducts and HVAC system. Work should be performed on either a Saturday or Sunday or after 5 PM on a weekday, so as not to disrupt employees during normal office hours.
