The project consists of the renovation of existing Treasurer's Office, including removal and replacement of pay-station windows and associated casework and new subfloor and floor finish at pay-stations. A certified check, a cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five (5) percent of maximum bid shall accompany each bid as guarantee that if bid is accepted, the Bidder will file proposed contract and bond within ten days after being notified of acceptance of bid.
