Kanawha County Schools is solicitating bids for Ready Mix concrete Questions Due Date: Jul 27th 2022, 3:00 PM EDT This Contract becomes effective upon Vendor's receipt of the notice to proceed and part of the Contract more fully described in the attached specifications must be completed within N/A days. Upon completion, the vendor agrees that maintenance, monitoring, or warranty services will be provided for N/A successive one year periods or multiple periods of less than one year provided that the multiple renewal periods do not exceed N/A months in total. Kanawha County Schools reserves the right to retest all ready mix concrete, which have been tested and accepted at the source of supply, after the ready mix concrete have been delivered to the project and prior to incorporation into the work and to reject all ready mix concrete which, when retested, do not meet the requirements of these Specifications or those established for the specific project.
