Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Highland Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of September 21, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award not yet been established. The work consists of the installation of storm sewer backflow preventers, drainage structure removal and replacement, storm sewer removal and replacement, pavement patching, construction of concrete curb and gutter, driveway and spot bike trail replacement, topsoil and sod placement, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described herein. This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLT 3381 awarded to the State of Illinois by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. NO paper bids will be accepted. Bid security is required as stated in the “Bid Security” section found on page 2 in the Instructions portion of the Bid Package. Each prospective Bidder shall furnish a copy of a Certificate of Eligibility as issued by the Illinois Department of Transportation
