Reference Number : 1626878 Review Title : Architectural Professional Services (MA060) Introduction The National Capital Commission (NCC) wishes to retain the professional services of architectural consultants on an as and when required basis under a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA). This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) consists of two (2) service streams: A1: Architecture - Low level of complexity or risk A2: Architecture - Medium to High Level of Complexity or Risk The NCC intends to award a maximum of ten (10) COCs combined between the 2 service streams which will be in effect for a period of six (6) years from the date of award or until until the total level of expenditure is reached, whichever comes first. The projects targeted by the COCs will be located in various locations in the National Capital Region, Quebec and Ontario. Bidders must indicate which stream they wish to qualify for. They can submit bids for either stream or both streams. All subsequent SOA requests for architectural professional services will be managed by the Design and Construction Branch. Any inquiries regarding this RFP should be submitted by email to the Senior Procurement Advisor at allan.lapensee@ncc-ccn.ca as soon as possible during the term of the invitation. All inquiries should be received at least twelve (12) calendar days prior to the solicitation closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries received after this date may not be answered.
