Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for Consultants with experienced onsite technician staff to assist the department's Project Manager and/or Resident Inspector in materials quality control and geotechnical inspection services of a number of heavy civil construction projects for federally owned assets in Nova Scotia. This RISO will be for a two (2) year Initial Period with two (2) 1-year Optional Periods. All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority: Richard Parsons, email: richard.parsons@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. CPC CONNECT SERVICE: This RFSO allows offerors to use the CPC Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
