As of March 19, 2024, this project has completed the bidding phase and is scheduled to start construction June 2024. As of January 17, 2023, a design builder has been awarded this project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The future Design-Build Project is a five to six level, City-owned parking structure with approximately 819 parking spaces. The estimated construction cost is $30,000,000. The parking structure will be approximately 195 feet wide by 250 feet long. The structure will be located behind City Hall between D Street and B Street. Liquidated Damages $500 a calendar day Type of Award Lump Sum
