Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work of the Contract includes the demolition of chlorine and control room building, phosphate building, mechanical building, LAS building, and generator; raising of the on-site water well and booster pumps on an elevated platform; installation of a chemical and electrical building on an elevated platform; installation of a new generator on an elevated platform; and equipment replacement for GSTs and miscellaneous improvements to Water Plant No. 1, Harris County, Texas. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgement will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. Estimate value: $4,400,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
