Notice is hereby given that Gila County is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to develop a program for Weatherization Materials and Services. All proposals shall be made on the request for sealed proposals forms included in this RFP No. 062922 package andshall include all applicable taxes. Any questions regarding this Request for Proposals shall be submitted in writing and directed to: Betty Hurst, Contracts Administrator, at bhurst@gilacountyaz.gov. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept any proposal, or to waive any informality in any proposal, or to withhold the award if deemed in the best interest of Gila County. All procurement activities conducted by Gila County are in conformance with the rules and regulations of the Gila County Procurement Code. A copy of the code is available for review in the Clerk of the Boards office, Globe, AZ.
