The Real Property Management Division's Technical Services of Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for landscaping, grounds keeping, property maintenance and snow clearing/removal at the Canada Centre for Inland Waters located at 867 Lakeshore, Road, Burlington, ON L7S 1A1 as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex A to the bid solicitation. The initial period of the contract is from date of contract award to August 31, 2023 with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions. Canada may exercise this option at any time by sending a written notice to the Contractor at least thirty (30) calendar days before the expiry date of the Contract. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority, and will be evidenced for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment.
