For providing all planning, labor, material, equipment, permits, and transportation and performing all operations necessary to perform the work described in strict accordance with the Contract Documents especially the project specifications and construction plans for FTQW 17-1015, Repair existing Combat Alert Cell by renovation of the existing 3story central core of the building used as living quarters, administration, and training. Correct life safety and egress deficiencies. Repair Bays 3 & 4 to include ventilation upgrades, lighting upgrades, and refurbishment of floors with trench drains and epoxy flooring, installation of overhead door in Bay 3, install minor plumbing and compressed air systems, and install egress related personnel doors. Repair by replacement fire alarm system including a new mass notification system. Replace existing rear stair system with new as shown on project documents. Work includes installation of bollards at bottom of stair and other associated work. Abate and dispose of hazardous materials as required to complete work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
