Bidder must be in the business of removing and installing air conditioning units and shall have done so for the past three years. Bidder must provide sufficient descriptive literature, catalog cuts, pictures and technical details to enable MMHI to determine if the product offered meet the requirements of the solicitation. Warranty: Minimum of one year for parts. Seeking bids for installation of one 3-ton outdoor split unit air conditioning unit with (2) indoor high wall units. MMHI shall be the sole judge of equivalency. Only new equipment is acceptable, no used, demoed or refurbished equipment will be accepted. Furnish and install one three-ton split unit system with two indoor heads. Installation of a new outdoor 3-ton split unit with two interior high wall air conditioners for the Power Plant Switchgear room. Room Dimensions are 15'6" X 46' X 26' 6" high. 6.1 Install new to include condensers, compressor, line sets and evaporator coils. 6.2 Install new condenser mounting to the west wall of the switchgear room. 6.3 Install insulated line sets. 6.4 Provide electrical service from condenser back to breaker panel OPB electric panel located in the Power plant basement, including new conduit. 6.5 Install two high wall indoor units (one on the north wall and one on the south wall. 6.6 Connect equipment to low voltage control wire to thermostats. Install wiring and thermostat. 6.7 Provide refrigerant charging and set up. 6.8 Provide owner training. In the event that no Bidder is able to meet an individual mandatory requirement, the State reserves the right to continue the review of Bids and to select the Bid that most closely meets the requirements specified in this Bid.
