Renovation of a municipal facility in Moscow, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of September 30, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. A description of the work of this project can be summarized as follows: new roof overbuild and mechanical upgrades at the Latah County Events Center (1021 Harold Avenue - Moscow - ID 83843) including but not limited to - approximately 15 - 200 SF of new exposed fastener metal roof system - roof sub-framing system - insulation - mechanical upgrades - and related electrical. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond - certified check - cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope titled: "Bid Enclosed - Latah County Events Center - Roof Overbuild and Mechanical Upgrades"
