Town of Farmington Request for Proposals Hot Mixed Asphalt Paving Services The Town of Farmington is seeking proposals for a qualified contractor to provide Hot Mixed Asphalt Paving services. Services will include providing adequate materials, labor, and equipment to perform, hot mixed asphalt paving in various locations throughout the Town of Farmington as directed by the Town Board. The scope of work will include a minimum 3/4 inch thick pavement surface shim (hot mix wedge), topped with 2 1/4 in. of surface hot mix asphalt overlay with tack coat. Proposal should include all mill/wedges required to match existing driveways and/or cross road pavements. Proposals are requested for the following Town of Farmington, Washington County, WI roads. Welsey Ct- from a start point of 180' south of the centerline of CTY Hwy H to dead end of Welsey Ct. (Start point was marked with pink paint on 7/17/22) 2. Option 1. Fillmore Rd.- from a start point of 900' north of Roberts Ct to Jay Rd. (Start point was marked with pink paint on 7/17/22) Option 2. Fillmore Rd- from Pioneer Rd. to Jay Rd. 3. Kohler Rd- from Fillmore Rd to Camp Awana Rd. Proposals will be reviewed, tabulated and considered for award of contract at 7:00 pm, during the August 16th, 2022 Town Board Meeting.
