Renovation of a recreation facility in New Port Richey, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of an amusement/recreational facility.
The project consists of Interior Building Renovations of (3) three floors which includes, but not limited to, demolition, casework, doors, aluminum windows, flooring, acoustical ceilings, drywall partitions, signage, toilet accessories, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC systems, and electrical services as shown on the project drawings. Bid bonds are not required; however, subcontract bonding is required for the following: Subcontracts above $100,000 Subcontracts related to (regardless of contract amount) Sitework Building Envelope (e.g. Brick Veneer, Cavity Wall Waterproofing, Masonry, Tilt-Wall Panels, CIP Concrete, Metal Wall Panels, Roofing, Sealants, Stucco, Window/Curtain Wall, Doors) Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Fire Protection Trias Construction requests all RFI's by 8-5-2022, Noon Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 8-16-2022.
