1. Description of Services: This solicitation is to establish a contract for testing services for concrete cure for the TxDOT Materials and Test Division. 2. Term of Service: The initial term of one year commences upon the issuance of a contract by TxDOT and expires on August, 8, 2023 with the option to renew for three one-year periods at TxDOT's sole discretion. TxDOT will provide an intent to renew notice, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the current term. 1st Renewal Option August 9, 2023 through August 8, 2024 2nd Renewal Option August 9, 2024 through August 8, 2025 3rd Renewal Option August 9, 2025 through August 8, 2026 NOTE: The dates are estimated based on the anticipated award.
