Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lander, Wyoming. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project will consist of mill and overlay and improvements including new parking areas, sidewalk and curb and gutter. - Estimated Project Completion date is: December 20, 2022 Bidders must sign the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the pre-bid meeting. The State will reject bids from any bidder who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the pre-bid meeting. Bidders in attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. A bid security of 10% of the total Bid Price will be required of all Bidders. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond of the accepted bid will also be required. Estimated Project Completion date is: December 20, 2022 * Project has been cancelled*
