As of Sept 15 the project is set to be awarded on Sept 28, 2022. The project consists of renovation of the existing Pinal County Library in Arizona City, Arizona and constructing an addition to the library that includes a community meeting room and public restrooms. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to completely construct the proposed project in strict conformity and in accordance with the design plans and specifications prepared for Pinal County by Swan Architects and their Associated Firms. The work is to be accomplished in a good and workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the Pinal County Facilities Management Director and of the Architect/Engineer of Record.
