The City of Sarasota is soliciting proposals from qualified Real Estate Developers for the construction, marketing and selling of affordable single-family homes on infill lots in the City. The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to have Developers respond to the specific requirements of this RFP. The Developer shall be evaluated based on the Developers financial capacity to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner, provide high quality workmanship, organization, project management, and prior experience in developing, marketing, and selling affordable housing.
