Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Evanston, Wyoming. Working plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and for the construction of a 64,245-square-foot, two-story above grade transportation facility.
The work consists of, but not limited to, the erection of an owner supplied metal building package, construction of foundations, site improvements and development including pavement, concrete, lighting, landscaping, and irrigation. Work also includes, but not limited to, interior buildout including concrete, interior partitions, cabinetry, counters, door hardware, interior finishes, acoustic panel ceiling, toilet partitions, fire suppression, electrical, plumbing & mechanical systems, and misc. finishes. The project is located at 1824 Union Road, Evanston, WY 82930. The Owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all proposals, or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding. Submit all questions about the Contract Documents to the Architects, in writing. Replies will be issued to all prime bidders of record as Addenda to the Contract Documents and will become part of the Contract. The Architects and the Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. on August 15th, 2022 cannot be answered. All bids will be rejected due to total budget constraint. The project will be redesigned to a reduced budget and rebid in the spring/summer of 2023.
