Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
As of September 7, 2022, bidding has been postponed. No definite date for the rebid.** University of North Carolina (UNC) Chapel Hill - Chandelier Winches Replacement at Memorial Hall The project scope is to replace the existing winches for the five chandeliers above the seating area of Memorial Hall. This will include temporary suspension of the chandeliers, fabrication and installation of all structural steel and suspension bracket for the transition from hoist to clevis pin per the Construction Documents. Installation of one 1-ton hoist and four 1/2 ton hoists along with all electrical work required for connection of the hoists and delegated design for the reconfiguration of the power feed to the chandeliers for quick disconnect/reconnect during operation of the hoists.
