Bidders unable to attend can contact the facilities manager for the school district, Chad Berry, at 541-290-7316, and arrange a time to review the site the first week of August. No bid will be received or considered by the Owner unless the bid contains a statement that Bidder will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 relating to Prevailing Wages. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection therewith. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof until the lapse of thirty (30) days from the bid opening.
