No definite date for the rebid.** Project consists of all work associated with the renovation of the existing restroom facilities, the addition of new accessible restrooms and the removal and replacement of the existing under slab sanitary sewer at the Mount Pleasant Civic Center, Mount Pleasant, Texas. The restroom area for both men and women will be completely renovated to accommodate new lavatories, new water closets with all new finishes and toilet accessories. Selective demolition will be required on the interior of the building. New doors will be provided. New finishes will be provided throughout all renovated areas. The project will include electrical work, HVAC work, and plumbing work. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
