(781)-395-2827 The Project consists of window replacement at the administration officer Building at 1 Morkeski Meadows in North Andover, MA 01845. Bids are subject to M.G.L c 149 44A and 24 CFR 85.36 and subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wage Rates. Hard copy bids will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternatives), and made payable to the North Andover Housing Authority. This deposit will be refunded upon return of all documentation in good condition within ten (10) days of receipt of general bids. Otherwise the deposit shall be the property of Projectdog.
