SCOPE OF WORK: The work to be performed shall consist of the carting of garbage and trash from Carino Park Apartments, 100 Chestnut Street, Williamstown, New Jersey 08094. Contractors are required to carefully examine the specifications for the proposed work and all the circumstances affecting the cost of the work and the manner of performance. Bids containing any conditions, omissions, unexplained erasures or alterations, items not called for in the bid form, attachment of additive information not required by the specifications, or irregularities of any kind, may be rejected by the owner. Any changes, whiteouts, strikeouts, etc. in the bid must be initialed in ink by the person signing the bid. Liability Insurance- In an amount not less than $300,000 for injuries, including wrongful death to any one person and subject to the same limit for each person, in an amount not less than $500,000 on account of one accident and property damage insurance in an amount not less than $25,000 for each accident and for an aggregate limit of not less than $50,000. This insurance shall be written with an acceptable company, authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey, shall be taken out before any operations of the contractor are commenced, and shall be kept in effect until all operations shall be satisfactorily completed and a policy must be produced.
