Renovation of a residential development in Blackville, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition of the existing exhaust ventilation system. .2 Supply and install a new energy recovery ventilation system including new supply and exhaust ductwork, heating coils, fire dampers, fire/smoke dampers and grilles and all work as indicated on drawings 2300-1 and 2300-2. .3 Modifications to the building exterior walls to accommodate the installation of a new exhaust louvre and reinstallation of the existing intake louvre, as indicated on the drawings. .4 Demolition of existing electrical equipment as indicated on the drawings .5 Supply and installation of new electrical equipment as indicated, including but not limited to: panelboard, circuit breakers, conduit and wiring, wiring devices, connections to mechanical equipment, and fire alarm system modifications. .6 Patch and repair gypsum board where removals were completed. .7 Replace existing attic access hatch with a fire rated attic hatch. .8 Prime and paint to match existing adjacent finishes.
