**As of October 4 , 2022, project was awarded to JSCHIFANO CONSTRUCTION CORP. , awarded amount is $987,623.15** The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond as specified in the
Contract Documents. EACH BID MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A CONSENT OF SURETY which states that the surety
company will provide the Bidder with the performance bond specified in the Contract Documents in the event the
Bidder is awarded the Contract. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.
and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bid and Proposal requests herein are solicited through a fair and open process, pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions or
services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Such records shall be made

that the public maintain SOCIAL DISTANCING. Accordingly, we ask that Bidders/Respondents may wish to consider
not attending the Bid Openings in person. We do note that if Bidders/Respondents choose to attend, they are
required to be screened by Courthouse security. If they show any signs of illness, they will not be permitted access
to the building. Due to the circumstances, during the bid opening process, a bid review and providing unit prices
will not take place at the openings. Instead, this information will be posted online once available.
Bidders/Respondents are encouraged to MAIL in bids and responses. If they must be hand delivered, the County of
Morris has a drop box located outside of the Purchasing Office, 5th floor of the Administration and Records Building,
