Metro Water Recovery (Metro) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from civil/mechanical contractors interested in providing Job Order Contracting (JOC) construction services. Metro intends to select up to three qualified contractors (Applicant or Contractor) to enter into a five-year task order-based JOC contract. This is not an Invitation to Bid for a specific project and does not guarantee issuance of any work. Work will be at Metro's Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility (RWHTF) located at 6450 York Street in Denver, Colorado, and Metro's Northern Treatment Plant (NTP) located at 51 Baseline Road in Brighton, Colorado.
