Repair Services, Preventative Maintenance Inspection The Contractor shall provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) repair services for the Town's four (4) Rotary automotive vehicle lifts. The Contractor will provide in-shop repair services, scheduled preventative maintenance services, and annual inspections. In-shop repair services will be provided upon request at the Town of Vienna Vehicle Maintenance Division, located at 600 Mill Street NE, Vienna, VA 22180. Preventative Maintenance shall be performed on the Town's Rotary lifts twice annually at an agreed-upon time between the Town and the Contractor. The Contractor will also provide all American National Standards Institute/Automotive Lift Institute and Automotive Lifts Operation, Inspections, and Maintenance (ANSI/ALI and ALOIM) safety inspections on a yearly basis at a time agreed upon between the Town and the Contractor. Repair services shall be provided at an hourly labor rate as indicated on the bid form, and all preventative maintenance and safety inspections shall be provided at a single rate as indicated on the bid form. The labor rates provided on the bid form will remain firm throughout each contract term. The labor rates provided shall include all direct and indirect costs.
