Pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 this requirement is 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside.
NAICS code is 236220, Small Business Size Standard is $39.5M. Project magnitude is between $10,000 and $50,000.
Evaluations will be determined IAW FAR 13.106-1(a)(2). The Government shall award this procurement on the basis of price
and price related factors. The Government reserves the right to make award without discussions.
SITE VISIT DATE: Friday, August 5, 2022 at 10:00 am.

This will be the only site visit date for the project, no other site visits will be scheduled. IAW FAR Part 36.209 Construction contracts with architect-engineer firms. No contract for the construction of a project
shall be awarded to the firm that designed the project or its subsidiaries or affiliates.
