Donna, Melinda and Mirabeau Street Improvements Subgrade Repair The existing streets consist of approximately 2,000 linear feet of cement treated subgrade with curb and gutter. The City is receiving bids for two (2) alternates as shown on the plans 1. Installation of a prime coat and sand, and 2. Installation of 3 HMAC pavement. The City will, at its discretion, determine the alternate to accept and construct. Schedule is of the utmost importance also on this project and will be taken into account when evaluating the bids. You will be notified of Addenda automatically through email if you downloaded your plans and specifications via website. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held.
