Immediately afterwards in the City Council Chambers, 212 North Bonner, City Hall, 2nd Floor. Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Bid Number: 22-038 Project Name: Donna, Melinda and Mirabeau Street Improvements Subgrade Repair The existing streets consist of approximately 2,000 linear feet of cement treated subgrade with curb and gutter. The City is receiving bids for two (2) alternates as shown on the plans 1. Installation of a prime coat and sand, and 2. Installation of 3 HMAC pavement. The City will, at its discretion, determine the alternate to accept and construct. Schedule is of the utmost importance also on this project and will be taken into account when evaluating the bids. You will be notified of Addenda automatically through email if you downloaded your plans and specifications via. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. Questions concerning this project shall be submitted 72 hours prior to bid opening through website in the Q&A Portal. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY.
