The City of Knoxville, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services for the Northwest Greenway Connector Phase II Project. The professional consultant engineering firm must be on TDOTs pre-approved list or have a completed pre-qualification form filed with TDOT by the deadline for the Letters of Interest. The prequalified firm must have unlimited status. This project involves the construction of a new greenway along the west side of Third Creek Road between Western Avenue and Middlebrook Pike. This greenway project includes a new railroad crossing, related drainage improvements, and some retaining walls to support the greenway adjacent to Third Creek.
