Renovation of a conference / convention center in Pomona, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
**As of June 23, 2023, project was awarded to EIDIM Group, Inc. dba EIDIM AV Technology, awarded amount is $460,063.28.** Reference Number 0000316471 This project will include the installation of the Owner Furnished Contractor Installed equipment purchased under the CMAS agreement. It will include room controls for all six (6) conference rooms as well as the overflow rooms #302 and #303, upgrades to include new projectors, screens, touch pads, and IDF rack. An operator control center to be fabricated and installed in specified room to allow trained operators to maintain and run meetings as needed. As an alternative in the bid documents, new theatrical lighting will be installed at the stage area for room flexibility.
