Closing Time: 2:30 PM (NT) Scope: The work covered consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the repair of the marginal wharf at Norris Point, NL in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract. In general, the work under this contract consists of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following: -Partial or total demolition and removal of required components, as detailed on accompanying drawings. -Replacement of existing wood cross bracing at the wood pile wharf. -Replacement of horizontal wales along the wood pile wharf structure. -Replacement of the vertical wood fenders as detailed on drawings. -Repair of existing wood piles as detailed on accompanying drawings. -Installation of new ladders as indicated on drawings. -Replacement of existing wheel guards as detailed on drawings. -Partial resurfacing of the existing concrete deck as detailed on drawings and specifications. -Repair of existing expansion joints in concrete deck. -Remove existing jib crane, complete repairs to the existing deck and anchor bolt system as per drawings. -Refurbish existing Type A concrete mooring cleats anchor block. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
