Construction of underground HDPE duct and handholes necessary to interconnect Teton County facilities in preparation for a future installation of optical fiber cable under a separate project. (Administration Building, General Services, Jail, Courthouses) Located in the Town of Jackson Wyoming within Town right-of-way and on County property as applicable. Refer to the drawing set. Total drilling for 2 HDPE duct = 580 feet Total drilling for 1-1/4 HDPE duct = 143 feet Total drilling footage is approximately 725-feet (the sum of the two). All proposals and questions regarding this invitation must be submitted through electronically, Questions asked and answers provided will be visible to all respondents. Bid security shall be required for all construction, major maintenance, or renovation of any public building or other public work or improvement and when the anticipated contract price exceeds $150,000. Bid security shall be a bond provided by a surety company, the equivalent in cash, or another form of financial guarantee satisfactory to Teton County. Bid Security shall be in an amount equal to 5% of the amount of the bid. Performance bonds shall be required for all construction, major maintenance, or renovation of any public building or other public work or improvement when the anticipated contract price exceeds $150,000. The financial guarantee shall not be less than 100% of the contract price. When the anticipated contract price less than $150,000, 50% financial guarantee will be accepted. Teton County reserves the right to cancel this proposal, modify this proposal as needed, or reject any or all proposals received.
