Laramie County Community College is solicity RFQ for qualifications to provide, on an scheduled basis (noted in the table below) and under general supervision, perform semi-skilled and skilled tasks, categorized as elevator pro-active preventative maintenance (frequency noted in table below), inspections and repairs for the elevators listed in the table below. Including: Elevator repair and maintenance, pressure relief tests, yearly leakage tests, to include all necessary labor, operations, accessories, incidentals, equipment, tools, shipping, materials and other work and/or services required to complete the respective individual scope of work for elevator repair. Specific work shall include, but not be limited to, preventative maintenance services as noted in the table below, repair and maintenance of elevators. Additional services include: 24-hour answering service and/or callout dispatching as needed To be considered, Contractors must be authorized to repair elevators in the Cheyenne, WY area, and must be able to respond within 3 hours to the campus for emergency situations. Contract Term is for up to five (5) years. Bidders are expected to maintain costs bid above for the first 3 years of the contract; Contractor may then propose an increase for the remaining 2 years All questions must be submitted electronicclly. Bidders are requested to provide rate sheet(s) for elevator repair for the first 3 years, which includes, but is not limited to: Hourly rates (broken down by type of work or type of employee), Overtime, Holiday/Weekend rate, Trip charge, Material percentage markup, and Any other charges (provide cost and description)
