Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Largo, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,400-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project includes new construction of a 21st century Leadership Center to enhance the growth of working professionals within the district and the surrounding community. The project goal is to construct a new multi-use facility. ew Construction will include: o New construction of a 9,400 square foot multi-use facility o Open concept plan that incorporates: o Large training room that could also host community events o Small break out rooms adjacent to the large training room o Serving kitchen area o Use of photovoltaic panels is highly anticipated o New asphalt parking lot for up to 50 cars, grass parking for overflow. Demolition will include: o Removal of existing 7,400 sq. ft. Center for Professional Education Building o Removal of existing 2,000 sq. ft. Ancillary Building Any questions concerning this Request for Qualifications shall be directed in writing via e-mail to Joe Benjamin, Director of Purchasing at benjaminst@pcsb.org. All responses of a material nature will be posted as an addendum to the Request for Qualifications. The purchasing department reserves the right to reject all bids and purchase from State contracts or FDOE contracts if to do so represents the best interests of the district.
