The new Park Site is a vacant Lo1t where Chisum Elementary School used to be located. It will require some removals of existing Trees, Chain Link Fence and Concrete Sidewalk and Curb & Gutter. New Concrete Fillets with New Wheel Chair Ramps and Sidewalk shall be placed. New Curb & Gutter that will border a Future Parking Lot is to be placed. The whole site will require Grading down to Finished Grade Elevation and the area that will require a new' Irrigation System will have to have the existing 6" of natural soil removed and place 6" of new Top Soil in place. A complete new Irrigation System will need to be installed. A new Electric Pow'er pole w7 meter along with electric conduit and wiring to a Electric Service panel will need to be installed. An Irrigation Control Cabinet and controller will need to be installed and wired up to electricity. A 4" Backflow Preventer and Hot Box will also be required. A SWPPP plan will need to be submitted and maintained during Project. Grass Seeding will be done also in the Irrigated area of the new Park. Construction Staking by the Contractor will also be required. There is an area for a new' Playground Equipment in the park but the playground equipment and installation are not part of this project and will be done by others.
