Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a medical facility in Robstown, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,139-square-foot medical facility; for the construction of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The scope of work will entail selective demolition and construction of a partition with service windows, shelving, and floor & ceiling repairs. Nueces County Purchasing Agent will allow written questions and requests for clarification of this solicitation. Questions must be submitted via www.publicpurchase.com. Respondents' names will be removed from questions in any responses released. Last Day for Questions: August 27, 2024 by 2:00 PM Accompanying this Bid is a certified or cashier's check or bid bond payable to the order of Nueces County (hereinafter called "County"), for not less than five percent (5%) of the largest amount for which a contract can be awarded under this proposal.
