*Per owner, project has been cancelled, no plans for immediate re-bid.* The West Jefferson Hills School District is receiving Bids on the following Contracts: GILL HALL ES, PLEASANT HILLS MS & JEFFERSON HILLS IS PARKING LOT RESURFACING PROJECT Site Construction, Contract Number - 22014-1 The Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in the conference room at the West Jefferson Hills School District Administrative Offices. The clock in the lobby will determine the Prevailing Time for the Receipt of Bids. The District invites any interested parties to attend. Access will be provided to the Bidding Documents via the Thomas & Williamson web portal. The portal link will be emailed to registered bidders. A Bid Security Form in the amount of 10 percent of the Base Bid, Bidder's Qualification, Questionnaire Form, and Non-Collusion Affidavit must accompany each Bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid received.
