The Goods and Services include without limitation the provision of skilled labour, materials, supplies and equipment if necessary, to provide, support and maintain a fully integrated parking management system which includes support and maintenance of parking equipment and any other requirements as more particularly described in this Schedule A including Schedules A-1, A-2, A-3 and A-4 (collectively, the "Goods and Services"). A brief description of the Goods and Services include: (a) Provision/support of virtual parking permit system that integrates with existing pay stations, registration kiosks, mobile payment applications, and LPR system; and (b) Support and maintenance of the Parking Management System. An information meeting may be hosted by the City Representative to discuss the City's requirements under this RFP (the "Information Meeting"). While attendance is at the discretion of Proponents, Proponents who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the Information Meeting and to have received all of the information given at the Information Meeting. At the time of issuance of this RFP a meeting has been scheduled. All inquiries related to this RFP should be directed in writing to purchasing@surrey.ca
