The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, experienced, licensed and insured entities or individuals to perform annual storm siren preventative maintenance and as needed repairs for the City of Bentonville Fire Department. Questions must be submitted via written communication only to purchasing@bentonvillear.com. The deadline to submit questions related to this Invitation is August 12, 2022, at 4:30PM CST. The term of the awarded Contract shall be one (1) year, renewable annually upon mutual written agreement for a total term not to exceed five (5) years.. Bidders shall note that the Contract Term is separate from the required days to complete work. The City reserves the right to award the project in any manner that is deemed in its best interest, or to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of Bids without the consent of the City; sixty (60) days shall be allowed to the City in which to determine the manner in which to award or not award the Contract.
