Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lauderhill, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work for this project is to reconfigure swales to original conditions and install exfiltration trenches throughout the City of Lauderhill. The original intent of a swale area is to be lower than the grade of the roadway and to be pervious. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: removal and disposal of existing grass, landscape material and top soil, reconfiguring/regrading swales, construction of exfiltration trench within and install catch basins where applicable and the restoration of disturbed areas including sidewalk repairs, irrigation repairs & sod replacement as necessary and other labor, material and incidentals required to reconfigure swales as provided in details. The City will reserve the right to renew eligibility for one (1) additional one (1) year term based on the Contractors acceptable level of performance.
