1.1 Location of the Project.
A. Armstrong Community Center - 1265 S Palmetto Ave Ontario, Ca 91762 - Interior Painting Only. Install Magnetic dry erase sheet panels in the Conference Room east side wall. Install clear 1" corner guards.
B. Senior Center - 225 E "B" St Ontario CA 91764 - Interior Painting Only - Main corridor, Classrooms, Pool Room, Offices, Kitchen, Multipurpose room, Utility Rooms, Gym, and
Restrooms. Corner Guards to remain in place. Install 1" corner guard in the kitchen Area
C. Dorothy A. Quesada Community Center- 1010 S Bon View Ontario, Ca 91761 - Interior painting of the tot room and hallway.
D. Euclid Median Light Fixtures - Holt Ave to 10 Frwy - Paint 35 King Standard Lights (Black).
Paint 8 additional Standard lights next to the Gazebo on C st and Euclid.
1.2 Scope of Work.
A. The Scope of Work consists of the following:
1. Furnish at the above locations all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, required insurance documents to complete that task at hand.
A) Interior Painting "of all painted surfaces" which includes fixing old repairs, sanding, patching, texturing, primer 1 coat and 2 coats of paint.
B) Removal and reinstallation of door bumpers
C) Paint painted ceilings
D) Paint painted door frames and painted doors
E) Remove, transport, return and reinstall office furniture, program related boards, and furnishings
F) Existing corner guards to be removed and replaced with new guards 1" clear
G) Color to match existing except at Armstrong Center. Color will be determined three weeks prior to starting the project.
H) City has an agreement with Dunn Edwards Paint 2401 S Vineyard Ave, Ontario Ca 91761
