Site work and renovation of a civil project in Benedict, Nebraska. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Details of the project scope include the design of lagoon cell modification, transfer pumping system, CCTV of the remaining collection system with budgetary funds for collection system repair and water meter replacement. The Village anticipates the award of a contract for Engineering Services and is requesting an expression of interest and statement of qualifications for design, bidding, and construction observation services. Any interested firms should submit, in writing, their statement of qualifications. The selection of a PROJECT ENGINEER will be according to the following criteria and weighing factors: 1.Technical expertise (25 Points) 2.Past record of performance (45 Points) 3.Capacity of the firm (15 Points) 4.Proposed time frame of the project (20 Points) TOTAL POSSIBLE POINTS = 105 Points Elaborate and expensive presentation aids are not necessary nor encouraged. The Village will evaluate all submittals and select the top 3 firms for further discussions and selection. Contract will be a fixed price or not to exceed the contract. Cost and percentage of cost contracts are not allowed.
