Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid price will be required in the form of cash, a certified check or bid bond. This project is subject to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wage Rate Determination. All work shall be governed by State of Maine Department of Transportation, "Standard Specification", revision of March 2020, and "Standard Details", revision of March 2020.
