The Township of Woolwich, on behalf of the St. Jacobs Business Improvement Area (BIA), is seeking the services of experienced and qualified contractors to submit proposals to construct a timber-frame pavilion structure at the Health Valley Trail (HVT) entrance, located at 3 Water Street, St. Jacobs. The project is to be submitted under the terms of this proposal with an upset project budget of $85,000, excluding HST. The awarded contractor will be responsible for all concrete works, structure construction, site furnishings, landscaping, and applicable permits. Invoicing and payment for the project is to be managed by the St. Jacobs BIA. The Township of Woolwich Recreation and Community Services Department will be the direct contact for project management services.
