The County of Placer Housing Authority is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from property owners and developers for the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program. The PBV program is designed to conform to the Project-Based Voucher Program Final Rule (24 CFR Part 983). Project-Based applications are being accepted for New Construction, Newly Rehabilitated and Existing housing units in the jurisdiction of the Placer County Housing Authority, which includes everywhere in Placer County, excluding the City of Roseville. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a Qualified List of firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. The County intends to name approximately five Consultants to the List, which shall be valid for three years from the date of award, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. This RFQ includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
